About This Game

Math Runner is not a math quiz β€” it is a real endless runner. Your character never stops running, the road streams away beneath, three answer tiles roll toward you in three lanes, and a multiplication question sits in the panel at the top of the screen (for example 4 Γ— 5 = ?). All you have to do is get into the lane with the correct answer. Left and right arrows or A and D switch lanes; on mobile you swipe across the road or tap the big β—€ β–Ά buttons below it. Lane changes glide smoothly, so your runner never teleports. Cross the correct tile and you get a flash, a burst of particles and +10 points; consecutive correct answers build a combo multiplier, and from the fifth combo on you also collect bonus points. A wrong tile flashes the screen red, shakes the road, costs one life and shows a CORRECT ANSWER: 20 card for about a second β€” but the game never stops, the run flows straight on. When all three lives are gone the run ends. Before you start you pick your times table: 1β€”5 small numbers, 6β€”9 big numbers, or 1β€”9 all numbers. Wrong answers are never random nonsense but believable near misses (48, 56, 63 for 7 Γ— 8), the same number never appears in two lanes, and the correct answer keeps moving to a different lane. The tiles speed up gradually as your correct-answer count and play time grow, so the game keeps getting harder without ever becoming unfair.
